MCL boosts itself of design of tank and towers, supervision and fabrication of towers and tanks of various capacities as required by the client. Efficient and most economical design of structural members to provide cost-efficient client-based water storage facility.

Civil & Builders work

MCL prides itself in the design of civil facilities, supervision and construction of foundations, drainage facilities, builders work such as masonry, reinforced concrete and various composite works as required by the client.

Go-Downs

One of the key structural types that MCL specializes in is the go-downs with spans ranging from 12m-40m. Large open spans and multi-spans can be achieved in order to meet the client’s demands for open and free flow spaces, thus increasing flexibility of functional possibilities.

Crane Buildings

MCL has worked on a variety of crane buildings ranging from 5mt to 50mt. MCL prides itself on the efficient design of its steel cranes buildings. Clients benefit-cost saving as the overall weight of the structure is reduced.

OUR PROJECT LIFE CYCLE

1. Client Meeting

You have shown interest in what we do. So we show you some of the things we have done in the past, then we get to understand your specific requirements. We, in short, tell you what we can do for you and we give you an idea of what the final output shall be.

2. Site Visit & Quotation

To get a complete view of what we shall be doing we visit the site and gather some data. This data helps us in formulating a concrete concept that we shall share with you, our client. We go through the whole contraction process in theory. Here we are able to estimate fully the cost and outline all the material needed for the success of the project.

3. Design & Approvals

After everything is set on paper and ready we embark on the designs of all structures to be built. Once the designs have been concluded we start construction. Throughout this process, we closely keep our clients so that they follow and see all the requirements agreed are being adhered to.

4. Building & Finishes

The designs are in place and approved. Now it is time to convert some space into a place, a landmark, a structure. This is the longest process but also the most fulfilling of all for you get to see your idea come to life.
